Tools for Latino Family Outreach can be dowloaded in Portable Document Format (PDF). To download the toolkit, you must be a registered user of our site.  To register, click here.  After your registration, we might contact you via email to ask if and how you have used the toolkit. Your registration information and feedback will be used for the sole purpose of improving these materials, and no contact information will ever be shared outside of the PALMS project.

As a registered user, you will also gain access to our discussion forums, and will have access to all of our multimedia materials. Whenever you return to the PALMS website, you can log in by clicking the link in the top right hand corner from any page on the site. The toolkit is divided into several sections to make the download easier. (Please be patient as the large files may take some time to download.)

For a limited time we are offering free copies of our facilitator's guide and 10 workbooks for team members. This is a $125 value, but you simply have to pay for shipping.  To receive your free copies, please take to following steps:

1. Prepare a prepaid self addressed Fed Ex label for a 7.2 pound package, using either Fed Ex, or UPS. Please use the following as the "shipped from" information:

Shipping labels can be prepared by hand or online. Your organization may already have an account with one of these services.

2. Send an email to palms@edc.org to indicate your interest and specify how many (of ten total) workbooks you would like in English and how many you would like in Spanish. Attach a PDF copy of your prepaid Fed Ex or UPS shipping label to your email.  Alternatively you may use regular mail to send your prepaid label to Amanda Dorris at the address above.

NOTE: Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and shipping.
